- 2 cups fresh Blackberries
- 1 Tb yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce with green chiles
Combine all of the ingredients in your food processor and pulse until smooth. Refrigerate for a couple of hours so that the sauce has time for the flavors to come out and it thickens just a bit. I love this BBQ sauce on chicken, fish, lamb and pork. Or try using it when you are grilling fruit such as pineapple and mango.
